I had ordered the GOS and sent it back to the initial sender last week, but have not heard back at all. I called the lady who is supposed to be my "helper" 2 times, but she doesn't feel the need to call me back and help me if I'm not keeping it. So here I am with none of the "product info" and trying to figure out how to get my money back. Does anyone know how to go about getting a refund?
