Immediately, call your credit card company and dispute the charge. Don't waste time, do it NOW. It may be too late. They're not going to give you your money back, or if they do, they won't do it willingly. Contact your local authorities, and file a complaint with every one you can: state's attorney, attorney general, Consumer department, or whatever. (this varies by state) --BobCat
