Of course, since there may or may not be a conspiracy, the list is

What's this "tin" and "tan" in parentheses?
tin = There is no (whatever)
tan = There are no (whatever)
It is our (tino) way of denying the existence
(OFFICIALLY) of something which we (tinw) are
required to deny. Unofficially, the truth is out there.

tinw - There is no "we"
tanBH - There are no black helicopters.
The Lumber Cartel (tinLC)
There is no Lumber Cartel (tinLC). We (tinw) cannot confirm or
deny its existence. This is an anti-email spam organization,
that is, if it existed. Rumor has it that news.admin.net-abuse.email
has something to do with this organization (tino).
Rumor also has it that their website (tintw) is under development.
The old site has been resurrected as well.

The Spicey Chicken Cartel (tinSCC)
This organization, if it existed, is an anti-MMF scam group, made up
of many individuals. The membership roster is secret.
Many of them hang out in the MMF Hall of Humiliation.
So, you're interested in joining? Good.
Rolf's Array of Independent Cluestickers (RAIC)
Many in this group are SCC members (tanSCCM) and primarily hang
out in the MMF Hall of Humiliation. They've been known to take down
many MMFools, and their illegal chain letter/pyramid schemes.
When there's MMFoolery, the Hounds of the Hall are released.

The SubGenius Police, Usenet Tactical Unit (Mobile) (S.P.U.T.U.M.)
This organization, made up of many unknown members,
fight newsgroup spam. Many have "s00per sekrit" weapons.
Rumor has it that many hang out in news.admin.net-abuse.usenet.
The Cabal (tinC)
This organization, if it did exist, consists of many powerful system
administrators who claim to run the internet. They got some cool
black helicopters (tanbh), ahem, or so it is rumored :)
